It is very likely that your child's images are on separate codes, if you can only see one child please wait for the proofs sheets to be handed out at school.

If you are looking at the mixed packs to select more than one image, you will need to select the first one, click next and then second one and click next and so on until you can add to basket.

This means you will receive the file through in the highest resolution, available to download off your account, all copyright is released and you can take it anywhere and get it printed as many times as you wish.

When you have received an email advising that your images are ready to download, if you follow the link and log into your account.

Then click on the downloads tab at the top, and tap on the image it will download it to your device.

Of course, you can download them as many times as you would like. The only restriction on this is that they will only be available for 12 months, so we advise to download them within this time frame.

Your images will be made available for you to download 2-3 after ordering.

Don't panic! If you aren't in a position to order the photographs right now, they will stay online for a year and in our archive for 2 years.

Yes you can use the Mixed Pack options for more than one child, even if they are on different codes this will not matter.

It is likely that the website has timed you out, unless you have received an email confirmation the payment and order has not been processed and you haven't been charged. Please log back in and go to your basket, you're items will still be there for you to checkout.

If you are on the final step at checkout and you can't see the card details at the bottom of your screen, please make sure you have entered your childs name and class and clicked the save button. This will then allow you to enter your card details.

Not all cards have issue numbers, if this can't be found on your card please leave this section blank.

No, these are all single image packs, therefore all sizes specified will be of the same image.

To reduce waste, mounts are only supplied if requested. If you would like mounts please choose "Add Mounts" from the drop down when selecting your image.

We use an automated system to send these emails. The system goes through 3 different checks to make sure it is as secure as possible. If at any point one criteria is not met then the email won't be sent and you will need to wait for the proofs to be distributed through school.

Orders placed for collection from school, can be amended or cancelled up to the 'place your order by' date without charge. Once production has commenced we reserve the right to refuse cancellation or changes to orders. Returns and refunds will not be accepted on digital purchases. If print orders are deemed to be substandard we will offer refund or replacement on a case-by-case basis.

If you could send an email across to mail@jssp.co.uk with a picture attached we can get a replacement sent to you ASAP.

If you have requested saver delivery it will get dispatched within 10 working days, if you have chosen to collect your order from school it will be delivered approximately 2 weeks after the order by date stated on the proof sheet.

When entering the access code please be aware that the code is a mixture of numbers and lowercase letters, there are no uppercase letters. Errors can occur when entering 1 instead of l for example.

If your code is still not being accepted please could you fill in the contact us page and advise us of the access code you have been given, the name of the school and the name of your child.

If you give school a call they should have a contact sheet there with the online access code on.
